Polylactic acid PLA is one of the current development priorities of Fengyuan. The company will build the first "corn starch glucose lactic acid lactide polylactic acid" in China in June 2020 The whole industry chain production line. With the continuous acceleration of the company's project construction, the company's polylactic acid production capacity reached 100000 t / A in the fourth quarter of 2021, and 400000 T / a polylactic acid production capacity will be formed in the first quarter of 2022. Using the crystallization property of polylactic acid, the heat resistance of the product can reach 120 ~ 130 ℃ through the self crystallization behavior of the material itself. The performance of tableware made of polylactic acid exceeds that of polystyrene (PS) composites commonly used in the market and can compete with polypropylene (PP) products.
Different from the traditional petroleum based tableware, the lunch box made of polylactic acid not only has good performance, but also can be biodegradable. In the process of use, it does not contain bisphenol A and micro plastic particles, which is particularly healthy and environment-friendly.
Polylactic acid PLA is a "green ecological material". Under certain conditions, it can be finally transformed into carbon dioxide and water under the action of natural microorganisms such as bacteria, molds and algae, and become a component of carbon cycle in nature.
The application of PLA also solves the problems of toxic gas and air pollution caused by the incineration of traditional plastic products; land occupation by landfill, resulting in "white pollution" and land pollution.
No pre sorting is required, labor resources and links are saved, and direct incineration does not produce toxic gas; under the burial condition of compost, it will be metabolized by microorganisms in the soil after 6 ~ 8 months, and finally become carbon dioxide and water, which has no pollution to the air and soil.
